Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Ross Dress for Less. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking shelves.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with merchandise presentation, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
