We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance
  • Assist with ringing up sales at registers and bagging merchandise
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
