Job Summary:

Integrity Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a Neonatal Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill newborns and their families. Our state-of-the-art NICU is equipped with the latest technology, including high-frequency ventilation and brain cooling capabilities. You will work closely with our experienced NNPs and subspecialty support team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
Collaborate with our NNPs and subspecialty support team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and conferences to ensure comprehensive care
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into your care
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
GA license (or willing to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
