As a Lead Teacher, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Creating a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment for young learners.
  • Applying a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning in children.
  • Implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum tailored to the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
  • Establishing a safe and nurturing space for play and learning.
  • Maintaining regular communication with parents about their children's progress and achievements through various channels.
  • Collaborating with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic learning environment.
Do You Possess:
  • A genuine passion for child education and care?
  • At least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of experience (required)?
  • An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
