Are you passionate about shaping young minds? Become a part of our vibrant community of Lead Teachers at The Learning Experience. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of children, fostering an environment of collaboration and community where everyone can flourish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide, coach, and mentor co-teachers within your classroom; exemplify behaviors and provide constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the overall management of the classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
  • Act as a role model, employing a growth mindset to cultivate young minds and ignite a passion for learning.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, engaging with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a manner that caters to the unique needs of each child.
  • Establish a secure, nurturing environment where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Contribute to the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning occur seamlessly.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 1 year of professional teaching experience; minimum of six months required.
  • Required: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must comply with state-specific guidelines for the role.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
