In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering the growth and development of young minds, creating an environment that promotes collaboration and community, allowing every child to thrive.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide, mentor, and support co-teachers within your classroom, demonstrating effective practices and providing constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the overall management of the classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
  • Act as a role model, employing a growth mindset to inspire a passion for learning in young children.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, catering to the unique developmental needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
  • Establish a secure and supportive environment where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and achievements through various channels.
  • Contribute to the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, fostering a dynamic environment where play and learning seamlessly intertwine.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 1 year of professional teaching experience; minimum of six months required.
  • Required: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Proven understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must comply with state-specific guidelines for the role.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: $500, along with Childcare, Learning and Development opportunities, Benefits, and Paid Time-Off.
