As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of young minds, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and support that encourages everyone to flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and support co-educators in your classroom; exemplify best practices and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee the overall management of the classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Act as a role model, utilizing a growth mindset to cultivate a love for learning in children.
- Implement our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, engaging with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a manner that aligns with their individual developmental needs.
- Establish a secure and nurturing setting where children can engage in play and learning.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and accomplishments through various channels.
- Contribute to the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a vibrant environment where play and learning seamlessly intertwine.
- Preferred: 1 year of professional teaching experience; minimum of six months required.
- Required: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must comply with state-specific guidelines for the role.
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: $500, along with Childcare, Learning and Development, Benefits, and Paid Time-Off.
