Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertisements to employment offers.

- Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Benefits Management:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health and retirement plans.
- Assist staff with inquiries regarding benefits and enrollment processes.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to federal and state employment regulations.
- Monitor and manage the Drivers Safety Program.

- SHRM certification is preferred.
