Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our facilities. This role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and assisting with general maintenance tasks to enhance the experience of all visitors.

Compensation:
This position offers an hourly wage of $18.00.

Part-Time Benefits:
Eligible employees will have access to a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, part-time and seasonal employees accrue paid leave at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.

Ongoing Recruitment:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and window washing.
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in job functions.
- Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas and entrances.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and productivity.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills and a willingness to engage with the public during events.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals is advantageous.
- Ability to safely navigate stairs and use cleaning supplies.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
