Job Title: Quantum Computing Test Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineering Manager to join our team at PSI Quantum. As a key member of our Test and Measurement team, you will be responsible for establishing critical operations, managing upgrades, and enabling software for our wafer level yield and die test platforms.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of device and test characterization, as well as experience in photonic test or characterization, particularly wafer level test. You will work closely with our Operations, Architects, Photonics, Electronics Teams, Foundry and Packaging Teams, and Systems Teams to develop test requirements, test development plans, and test implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high availability of our test platforms
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of test systems
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test engineering

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Physics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on photonic test or characterization
  • Strong understanding of software development and management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
