We are seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team at Park Hyatt Washington. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes, including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Colleague Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by providing coaching, training, and support to colleagues.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, and ensure seamless integration with our HR systems.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
What We Offer:
