Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective menu planning and pricing strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize purchasing decisions.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of cooks, servers, and other staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as sustainability standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a university or healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ServSafe certification required.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
