Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Culinary Specialist to join our team at Peace Ventures World-Wide. This is a part-time Line Cook position, a full-time Sous Chef role, and a PITMASTER position, responsible for bringing exceptional tasting food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new recipes and menus that showcase our expertise in BBQ cuisine.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook, and 2 years of experience in a full-service BARBECUE restaurant setting for PitMaster Position.
  2. Demonstrated ability to create great-tasting BBQ and strong knowledge of cutting, seasoning, and smoking meat of all types.
  3. Excellent time management, cleanliness, and organizational skills to ensure all food items meet company standards.
  4. Ability to work day/night and weekends as required.
