Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven leadership and organizational management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant finances and accounting principles
  • Experience with Breadcrumb/Upserve POS and Google Docs is a plus
