Production Team Member

- Your tasks will involve the accurate selection, handling, and installation of components utilizing both tools and machinery as outlined in the assembly guidelines.
- You may also operate warehouse machinery, including powered industrial vehicles, to retrieve and organize materials.
- All tasks must be performed in compliance with quality standards and established safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and engaging in ergonomic stretching exercises.
- Consistently adhere to lean manufacturing principles, including the 5S methodology.
- Be prepared to adapt to additional roles and responsibilities as required.
- This position is versatile and may encompass both assembly tasks and warehouse functions based on organizational needs.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Preferred experience in mechanical assembly, electrical connections, and operating powered industrial vehicles.
- Ability to interpret assembly instructions and wiring schematics.
- Capability to recognize material types, movement, storage, and disposal methods.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Self-driven and motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
- Comfort with computer systems is expected.
