Position Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer with expertise in plastics molding to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Purchasing teams to address challenges, lead safety initiatives, and implement enhancements.
- Ensure safe and consistent manufacturing practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in facility processes.
- Develop processes for prototypes and production runs.
- Create and oversee training programs, assessing their effectiveness.
- Manage the installation of new production machinery.
- Establish processes for both prototypes and production components.
- Work alongside Manufacturing to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Assist the Quality Department in defining quality standards and operational guidelines.
- Supervise training programs related to Operations Process, quality, production, and maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in crafting clear and detailed work instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and manage the change process effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capable of planning, prioritizing, and delegating tasks to achieve objectives.
- Required experience: 3-5 years in plastics molding and industrial maintenance.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in a technical field with relevant experience.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proven track record in recognizing areas for improvement and leading associated change initiatives.
