We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality respiratory care services to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic and diagnostic procedures for patients with cardiopulmonary abnormalities.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop optimal cardiopulmonary care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy.
- Instruct employees and students in respiratory care procedures and evaluate their competence.
- Graduation from an AMA/CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
- Registration (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- BCLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
- Licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Michigan.
