Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Role:
  • Provide respiratory therapy services to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective cardiopulmonary care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of therapy.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an AMA/CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
  • Associates degree in Science, Allied Health, or equivalent.
  • Must obtain licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Michigan within five months.
