Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health FirstChoice. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in various settings, including NICU, ICU, and general medical-surgical units.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
  • Participate in patient education and counseling to promote self-care and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
