Unlock Your Potential in Government Consulting

As an Associate Consultant in our Government Division, you will play a key role in helping federal, state, and local agencies overcome their greatest challenges and seize new opportunities. You will work closely with high-achieving colleagues and experts to develop engaged government employees and thriving agencies. We're also looking for continual learners who ask thoughtful questions, listen with intellectual curiosity, and want to maximize processes and impact. Competitive performers who are never satisfied with the status quo, demand a dynamic workplace, and continually strive to be the best are also ideal candidates. Trusted advisers with professional presence, savvy business thinking, and engaging personalities who empower them to challenge assumptions, initiate change, and influence decision-making with research-based recommendations are highly valued. Client-obsessed consultants who are internally motivated to serve others and improve outcomes and who consistently take on challenges, conceptualize solutions at all complexity levels, and grow deep partnerships with clients are also essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships, or professional work
