  • Collaborate with engagement and client personnel to address complex tax and accounting issues.
  • Review and provide feedback on the work of other tax personnel.
  • Communicate with clients, providing timely and accurate information to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and enhance a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded services to clients, driving business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in public accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop tax staff, seniors, managers, and senior managers.
  • Strong understanding of IRS practice and procedure.
  • Ability to review complex tax planning projects and identify additional planning opportunities.
