Role Summary
The Facilities Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, cost-efficient installation services that enhance client satisfaction, drive repeat business, and contribute to overall profitability. This position is responsible for promptly addressing client requests related to the daily management of small to medium-sized relocations, reconfigurations, and maintenance of office furnishings.


This position operates on a standard schedule from 9 AM to 5:30 PM following the completion of training.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly onboarding setups, which include transporting equipment to designated locations, installing and configuring equipment at workstations, ensuring functionality, and adjusting furniture to meet standards.
  • Facilitate the removal of desk setups for new hires and terminations on a weekly basis, which involves disconnecting equipment, organizing it for transport, and delivering it to the IT department.
  • Provide ongoing support for client requests through 'Day 2' services.
  • Manage daily work requests, employee onboarding, relocations, clean-outs, and ergonomic product implementations.
  • Retrieve inventory from storage areas and deliver it to client sites.
  • Comply with client security protocols.
  • Follow up with clients post-service completion to ensure satisfaction and update work requests accordingly.
  • Utilize company vehicles for service delivery as required.
  • Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment handling.
  • Experience in commercial moving is advantageous.
