About Prime Meats, a family-owned private meat packaging and distribution company based in the Southeast.
Sales Representative RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales. As an Account Executive, you will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
- Evaluate and ensure that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required.
- Bi-lingual (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
We offer competitive pay, up to $100,000 plus added commission. Additionally, we provide a monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance of $1,000. You will be eligible for a guaranteed $1,000 bonus for the first 3 months and a $500 bonus for the following 4-6 months or commission of gross margin. You will receive the higher of the two. Other benefits include employee pricing on all of our products, opportunities for growth and development within the company, medical/dental/vision health benefits, PTO/vacation days, and referral bonuses up to $200-$500.
The estimated salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on performance and experience.
