About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Behavioral Health Specialist As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic support services to our clients, helping them navigate mental health and substance use disorders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers, social services agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Providing education and advocacy to clients and their families on mental health and substance use disorders
  • Connecting clients with community resources and services to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in behavioral health or social services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
