Job Summary
As a Healthcare Support Specialist at Charles River Medical Associates, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice. This full-time position is available in our Framingham location.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient flow, taking vitals, updating patient history, and performing protocol-based tests. You will also assist physicians and nurses with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments, and handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing prescriptions.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate pre-visit preparations
  • Take vitals, update patient history, and perform protocol-based tests
  • Assist physicians and nurses with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing prescriptions

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare administration preferred
