**Job Summary**

As a Loss Prevention Officer at Omni Hotels, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Patrol hotel property to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Investigate and document incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and employees, responding to their safety and security concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
