Job Description

As a Senior Project Engineer at Greenpoint Technologies, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of aircraft modification engineering projects. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with customers and management to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of engineering projects.
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of aircraft modification engineering projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with customers and management to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering project management, with a focus on aircraft modification engineering.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • Knowledge of aircraft structural, interior, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
  • Ability to travel as required.
