Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Manage room service requests via telephone. Provide information on menu options and liaise with kitchen personnel. Address guest inquiries regarding wine selections, including origin, vintage, and style. Log and track room service orders efficiently. Inform guests and management of any service delays. Relay additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift. Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order placement. Complete all necessary closing documentation, including MICROS reports. Process various payment methods accurately.
Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols; report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; and participate in safety training and certification programs.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to guests.
Communicate clearly and professionally with others, and answer phone calls using proper etiquette. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and support team efforts to achieve common objectives. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
