Job Description

As a Veterinary Client Liaison, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service to ensure smooth interactions throughout their MedVet experience.

This role requires practical knowledge of hospital operations, services, veterinary terminology, medical records, and financial policies/transactions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and checking in clients
  • Answering telephones and transferring calls
  • Escorting clients and their pets to exam rooms
  • Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
  • Discussing payment options and processing payments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized lobby
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed in stressful situations
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • General computer competency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
