  • Scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and coordinating with veterinarians and support staff
  • Handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, updating medical histories, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Collaborating with the veterinary team to provide comprehensive care, implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with veterinary software, technology, and medical terminology
