Job Title:

Medical Assistant / Executive Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our clinical team and executive staff at Metropolitan Health Group.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients, take vitals, and record medical history and symptoms.
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed medical staff.
  • Communicate with patients about medication changes and prescription refills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team.
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical assistant or executive assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and advancement.
