Our compensation package includes a base salary of $80,000 to $140,000, plus commission and bonus structures that reward high performers.

About the Job:

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional who can leverage their expertise in IT solutions and services to develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, you'll be responsible for ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design customized IT solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and managed services
  • Prior experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
