Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective communication across various levels, maintaining contact with clients, realtors, processors, and sales leaders.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in the absence of the Loan Officer.
  • Input loan applications, request necessary documentation, and ensure all information is reconciled prior to underwriting.
  • Utilize multiple systems to manage loan files and keep all parties informed about the loan process.
  • Employ marketing strategies to support Loan Officers in expanding their business, including educating prospects and distributing marketing materials.

Our team operates like a cohesive unit, dedicated to helping clients realize their homeownership aspirations. We foster a collaborative atmosphere where team members support one another, share ideas, and work together to overcome challenges.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a general office setting.
  • Strong knowledge of file management, English grammar, and professional communication standards.
  • Proficiency in PC and software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • NMLS certification is required.
Work Environment

This position is office-based, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
