**Job Title:** Administrative Operations Assistant

**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our school administration, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating events.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule meetings.
  2. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
  3. Coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions.
  4. Develop and implement effective filing systems and procedures.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with database management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $65,000 per year based on education and experience.
