Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Director of Quality Management will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce errors
  • Conducting regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing education and training to clinical staff on quality-related matters
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and accrediting organizations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or nursing
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management, with a strong background in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for improvement

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
