Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Life Flight Network. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of our organization's mission, vision, goals, and objectives by providing quality and performance management expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute quality management strategies across all disciplines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain and implement our QM Plan through leadership, consultation, facilitation, education, investigation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Identify, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate clinical and administrative quality improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with directors and medical directors to ensure departments adhere to quality management principles.
  • Lead or participate in various committees to drive quality initiatives and maintain data tracking and monitoring systems.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A B.S. or B.A. degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, or relevant experience.
  • 5 years' experience in healthcare, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
  • 2 years' experience in quality management, preferably in air medical transport.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) accreditation is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
