We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting and Operations Assistant to join our team at Lexio Capital. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our CPA and assisting with various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the CPA, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger postings, and bank statements.
  • Assist with daily financial transactions, including entering data into our database and reconciling accounts.
  • Support the CEO and COO with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and summaries.
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting skills, preferably with experience using Quickbooks.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
  • Competency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for numbers and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
