Sales and Business Development Representative

We are a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including bonus based on performance, company parties, competitive salary, flexible schedule, free uniforms, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, parental leave, and training & development.
