About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our solar energy projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing site-based project management of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project planning, including kick-off meetings, updates, and close-out meetings.
  • Oversee project required construction permits and maintain the project schedule from pre-construction to project close-out.
  • Allocate budget, costs to date, forecast cost to completion, and manage procurement and materials management.
  • Manage contracts and change orders, ensuring compliance with client expectations.
  • Lead by example, promoting a safety-oriented attitude and ensuring all site team members understand standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and engaging work environment, aligning individual and team objectives with department and company objectives.
  • Manage and support employee development and growth, providing regular and direct feedback on performance and goal progress.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent preferred.
  • 3+ years in Project Management required; 2+ years in Solar EPC preferred.
  • Domestic travel of 75% - 100%.
  • Valid driver's license required.
