Job Summary

Celestica is seeking a talented Hardware Architect to join our team. As a key member of our hardware design team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, complex hardware systems for our networking solutions.

We are looking for a Network Architect with a strong understanding of networking components and protocols, as well as experience with Broadcom/Marvell/Cisco NPU, Broadcom DNX, Intel/AMD processor, hard disk, SSD, SAS/SATA, PCIE, CXL, and Ax86.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of security elements and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and analyze architectural and product specifications enabling hardware product development.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Hardware Architect to contribute to the design and development of innovative networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality, complex hardware systems for our networking solutions
  • Lead and participate in ideation and concept design; creating new and reusable hardware architectures for current and new product categories
  • Provide strategic direction for the planning, design, and architecture of hardware systems
  • Research new and emerging technologies and recommend industry best practices for networking solutions
  • Work with different constituencies including Product Group Technology Leads, Product Managers, Marketing, Sales/SEs to define technology roadmap
Requirements
  • 12+ years experience in hardware design and development
  • Strong understanding of networking components and protocols
  • Experience with Broadcom/Marvell/Cisco NPU, Broadcom DNX, Intel/AMD processor, hard disk, SSD, SAS/SATA, PCIE, CXL, and Ax86
  • Solid understanding of security elements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and analyze architectural and product specifications enabling hardware product development
