Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with microarchitectural design, verification, physical design, and hardware systems design engineers to understand constraints and trade-offs.
  • Develop and maintain qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies for power, performance, and cost of prospective silicon products.
  • Work with system and ML application software engineers to optimize across the hardware/software boundary.

Requirements:

  • MS or PhD degree in computer architecture or equivalent years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of processor microarchitecture.
  • Experience with SystemC, Python, C/C++, and performance simulation frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills.
