Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Administrative Assistant to join our team at Abrams Fensterman. This role will provide backup support to the reception desk while assisting with billing-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary backup for the reception desk, including answering phones, greeting clients, and managing appointments.
  • Accurately enter billing information into our database, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a billing department, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly preferred, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in office administration or a related field a plus.
