About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Agricultural Operations Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our leased and owned land, ensuring that all administrative and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of land ownership and leasing agreements
  • Coordinate and conduct surveys of land access points to ensure safe and efficient access
  • Prepare and submit agricultural applications in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in the preparation and support of inspections by authorities and organic associations
  • Conduct RTK-assisted drone surveying for volume determination of stockpiles
Requirements
  • Completed degree in agriculture or engineering or a vocational training as a surveying technician, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in land management, or willingness to learn and adapt to new skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and willingness to learn specialized agricultural software
  • Flexibility, dedication, and strong teamwork skills
  • Driver's license class B
