Agricultural Sales Trainee

About the Role:

The Ag Sales Trainee position at Ziegler Ag Equipment offers a unique opportunity for an energetic and self-starting individual to learn about all areas of the business and industries we serve. This full-time role provides exposure to various key business areas, including Sales, Sales Administration, Parts Operations, Product Support, Marketing, and Guidance Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company's organizational structure
• Develop effective communication skills to build meaningful relationships
• Actively engage with the people responsible for training in assigned departments
• Promote Ziegler Ag Equipment at trade-shows or other company events
• Complete necessary in-person and online training
• Interact professionally with customers and employees in all settings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Highly motivated and driven personality
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Previous experience in the agriculture industry a plus
• Interest in working in customer-facing positions
• Quick learner with a genuine curiosity to learn more
• Clean driving record
