Ziegler CAT is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Ag Sales Trainee. This is a full-time entry-level opportunity that offers a unique chance to learn about all areas of the business and industries we serve.

• Develop a thorough understanding of our company's organizational structure and operations.
• Communicate effectively with direct supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Engage actively with training personnel in assigned departments to gain valuable insights and knowledge.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and employees through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Promote Ziegler CAT at trade shows and other company events to showcase our products and services.
• Complete necessary in-person and online training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• Interact professionally with customers and employees in all settings, demonstrating a customer-focused approach.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Highly motivated and driven personality with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Mechanical aptitude and previous experience in the agriculture industry are preferred.
• Interest in working in customer-facing roles and a willingness to learn about the markets we serve.
• Quick learner with a genuine curiosity to learn more and ask questions.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
