Since its inception, Freightliner Northwest has been committed to meeting customer transportation needs through a network of dealerships.

As a full-service dealership, we provide sales, financing, insurance, and maintenance for medium and heavy-duty trucks.


Responsibilities:

Body Shop Technicians at Freightliner Northwest:
Conduct repairs on fiberglass, composites, steel, and aluminum materials.

Perform essential mechanical tasks related to collision repairs.

Execute basic primer and painting duties.

Qualifications:
Experience in body shop work is essential. Bring your strong skills, collaborative spirit, and commitment to safety to our team. We offer opportunities for body shop technicians at all experience levels.

Compensation:
Hourly rates range from $20.00 to $50.00, depending on skill level and experience. Additional pay for shift differentials and mentorship roles is available.

Benefits Overview:
Freightliner Northwest offers a comprehensive healthcare plan that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage for eligible employees, along with basic life insurance and an employee assistance program.

Eligible employees can enroll in our Health Savings Account (HSA).

Employees may contribute up to 60% of their pre-tax earnings to a 401k plan, with the company matching contributions dollar for dollar up to 3% for qualifying employees.

Tuition reimbursement and profit-sharing options are available for hired applicants. Employees also receive paid vacation, personal time off (PTO), and six (6) paid holidays. A motor vehicle records check is also required for positions involving driving responsibilities. Technicians frequently lift up to 75 pounds and must possess a complete set of tools.
