- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Explain technical diagnoses and repair recommendations to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Recommend additional services and repairs to customers to ensure their vehicles are running safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed on customer vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior automotive technician or equivalent experience.
- ASE certification in multiple areas, including brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
