We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in Cleveland county, NC, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality home-based medical care to patients in need.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, with opportunities for growth and professional development within the company. About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Clinician at Optum, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting initial comprehensive assessments, developing patient management care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Clinical Expertise: Completion of a Nurse Practitioner accredited program, current NP license, and current state RN license are essential requirements for this role.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Clinical Knowledge and Judgment: The ability to apply clinical knowledge and judgment to make informed decisions about patient care is critical to success in this role.
