Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at BGSF, Property Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing common apartment service requests, as well as scheduling large community maintenance projects. They will also be responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable and dependable, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and tenants.
