Customer Service Representative

Overview:

Hustle Notice Biz seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and solutions. Escalate complex cases as necessary.
  • Order Processing: Assist with order placement, modifications, tracking, and returns.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college or related certifications are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with customer management software (e.g., CRM systems) and basic computer applications.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
