Hustle Notice Biz seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and solutions. Escalate complex cases as necessary.
- Order Processing: Assist with order placement, modifications, tracking, and returns.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college or related certifications are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with customer management software (e.g., CRM systems) and basic computer applications.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
